One team, from grove to head office
Some of us start the day at sunrise in the groves, some at the press and some at a desk planning the next shipment. We all work toward the same thing: good coconuts, made into good oil, by people who look out for each other.
On the estates, crews plant, tend and harvest the palms. In the mill, operators, technicians and chemists turn each harvest into oil. At the head office, sales, logistics, finance and people teams keep it all moving. Leaders spend time in all three places, and a good idea is welcome from anyone.

Early Careers
Start your career in the field
Students and recent graduates join us for hands-on work on our estates and in our mill, with real responsibility and mentors who want to see them succeed.
Internships
Paid agronomy and engineering internships on real field trials or mill projects, from soil health and seedling care to presses, boilers and energy use. You'll finish by presenting your results to our leadership team.
Graduate program
A two-year program with rotations through our estates, mill and head office, a mentor at every step and a clear path into a permanent role.
