Publica Group wants everyone to be able to learn about our company, our coconut business and our work, and to reach our teams online, including people with disabilities and people who use assistive technology.
Our commitment
We aim for this website to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make digital content easier to use for people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, hearing, physical, speech and cognitive disabilities.
Accessibility is ongoing work rather than a finish line. We keep reviewing and improving the site as we add new pages, features and content.
Measures we take
To support accessibility, we:
- consider accessibility from the start when we plan, design and build new pages;
- use plain language, a logical heading structure and consistent navigation;
- provide text alternatives for meaningful images and captions for videos;
- make sure menus, forms and other features work with a keyboard and show a visible focus indicator;
- check color contrast, support browser zoom and honor reduced-motion settings; and
- train the people who write, design and build our pages in accessible practices.
Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Areas we are working on include:
- older PDF documents, such as archived reports and filings, that may not be fully tagged for screen readers;
- content and tools provided by third parties, such as embedded maps, video players and job application systems, which we do not fully control; and
- Placeholder: list any other known issues found during testing, with a target date to fix each one.
If you need information from any of these in another format, contact us and we will help.
Feedback
We welcome your feedback. If you run into a barrier on this site or need content in a different format, please let us know:

It helps to include the web address of the page, a short description of the problem, and the device, browser and any assistive technology you were using. We aim to reply within two business days.
Compatibility
The site is designed to work with current versions of widely used web browsers on desktop computers, tablets and phones. It is also designed to work with common assistive technologies, including screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice control and alternative keyboards. Some features may not display or behave as intended in older or unsupported browsers.
Technical approach
The site is built with standard web technologies: HTML for structure, CSS for layout and presentation, JavaScript for interactive features, and WAI-ARIA attributes where native HTML alone is not enough. We use native HTML elements wherever we can, so links, buttons and form fields behave the way assistive technology expects.
Assessment approach
We assess the accessibility of this site through:
- automated testing during development and before each release;
- manual checks using only a keyboard, using screen readers and at up to 200 percent zoom;
- reviews of new templates and features by team members trained in accessibility; and
- Placeholder: periodic audits by an independent accessibility specialist.
We review this statement at least once a year. Placeholder: add the date and outcome of the most recent audit.
